Legal Aspects of Real Estate

Legal Aspects of Real Estate

Now more than ever, would-be real estate agents in California need to be successful business people and sales people if they wish to be accomplished real estate agents. Legal Aspects of Real Estate, the third course of three California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) mandated courses for licensing, is designed not only to help real estate agents pass their licensing exams, but also to help them attain success in their new careers.

This course is organized in such a way as to acquaint you with a vary broad spectrum of the legal aspects of Real Estate, especially as the real estate business is practiced in California.  Special emphasis is given to the so-called “Real Estate Law” as found in the Business and Professions Code of California, as well as:

    • The Regulations of the Real Estate Commissioner
    • Subdivision Map Act, the Subdivision Lands Law
    • Administrative Procedures Act
