The Real Estate Practice class introduces the students to the fast paced world of Real Estate sales. Careful attention is paid to contract writing, taking listings, showcasing properties, designing effective advertising, cold calling and lead follow up. The information in this class will teach perspective realtors what they need to know to hit the ground running in Real Estate Sales. In addition, this class will meet half of the requirements for transition from a conditional license to a full license.

Coldwell Banker Alliance Reality offers the complete, 45-hour Real Estate Practices course designed in compliance with California Real Estate Law and the BRE.
